On your machine, in your house. Your papers, your letters and everything we prepare for you live on a machine you own, backed up to a drive in your house that you also own. We are never the keepers of your records.
How we work on it. Over a private, encrypted connection, only while we are doing your work, and you can switch it off whenever you like. When you do, we cannot reach it.
What leaves your house. When the machine thinks, the question and the parts of your papers needed to answer it go over an encrypted connection to one of the world’s leading AI models, on an account in your own name. That company’s terms for your account govern what it does with them, and we show you those terms before you decide.
Please do not email us your papers. Tell us what you want by phone or email; the papers themselves belong on your machine. We keep our business records, the agreement and the invoices, not your papers.
A person checks the work. AI can be confidently wrong. A person reviews every piece before it reaches you, and anything that affects your rights, money, taxes or health goes to the right professional before you rely on it.
Stopping. Tell us, and we stop. Switch off the connection and it is closed. Your papers and everything we prepared are already on your machine.
We prepare material for your client to bring to you. We never give the advice you give, never act in their name, and never go around you. Your client decides what reaches you, and in what form.
With a conversation. We listen to what you want done and tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it. Before we start, you get a short written note of what we will do. The first piece of work is chosen to need nothing private.
